** Contact will be attempted within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of receipt of the appraisal request.  The appraisal will be sent out of our office within 48 hours (or 2 business days) from time of inspection.  Lender will be notified of any deviations from this agenda.
 

Jumbo Loans

For loan values equal to or greater than $500,000.  Fees to be quoted on request, based upon complexity of assignment.

Multiple Residential

Fee determined by the complexity of the assignment, based on an hourly rate of $90.00 per hour.

Expert Witness Time

Billed at an hourly rate of $90.00 per hour for travel time, testimony time, etc., plus additional charge for associated expenses.

*Recertification of Market Value

Letter stating Appraiser will review original appraisal (if request is made within 12 months of appraisal date) and will re-certify market value, assuming market conditions have remained stable.  Note: If market conditions have changed, a new appraisal may be needed.  This shall be done at the discretion of Appraiser with previous notification to the lending institution.
 
 

ALL FEES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE UPON RECEIPT OF THE APPRAISAL.  INVOICES ARE DELIVERED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE COMPLETED APPRAISAL.
